For best results we recommend adding a splash of your favourite oil and a tablespoon or two of Conatum Rub before cooking. For an oil free cooking method give your meat a good coating and leave to marinade overnight before cooking.

Apply the rub and leave the dish overnight for an extra-long marinade that will have the neighbours knocking down your door. To create a tasty veggie dish, just use the rub on carrots or parsnips with a little oil of your choice.
